Salesman Must See] Be careful how you wear that suit! Take our common sense quiz on suits!
Salesman's Must-See: Be careful how you wear it! Take the common sense quiz on suits!
Hello, my name is Higuchi, and I joined the company in August as a web designer.
One month has passed in the blink of an eye since I joined the company.
The newcomer training is over, and I am gradually getting down to business.
Although I joined the company as a designer, I used to sell men's clothing (suits) at my previous job.
So for this article, I made use of my experience at my previous job to create a quiz on the general knowledge of suits!
The content of the quiz incorporates what I thought "surprisingly many people misunderstand" when I was serving customers.
There are differences in the way suits are worn and manners between men and women, and there is also a lot of useful information on business etiquette that you should know.
I urge you to try your best to answer all the questions correctly!

1.[Beginner's level] Take the quiz on suit etiquette!
Suits are worn in many situations such as entrance ceremony, job hunting, business, coming-of-age ceremony, friend's wedding...etc.
In the beginner's class, I often asked my customers, "I didn't know that! I was told "I didn't know!
Unbuttoned Manners Unexpectedly Unknown
Basically, the bottom button of a jacket is not fastened on either two-button or three-button suits.
The bottom button is not designed to be fastened, so if it is accidentally fastened, the front hem will be pulled down and the suit will lose its shape.
Please remember that the bottom button is only a design accessory.
Trivia
The suit is said to have originated in England in the 16th century, and many of its forms have remained only in shape throughout its long history.
Therefore, there are some things, such as unbuttoned manners, that make you wonder why such manners exist.
*[Please note], this rule does not apply to women's suits.
Women's suits are originally designed to look beautiful even when unbuttoned, so they should be fastened.

About my impression of making quizzes with Quizgenerator
The operation can be done sensibly by clicking buttons, and there is no need to get lost.
There are 13 types of questions, including multiple choice, correct/incorrect, and pull-down, so I spent more time thinking about what type of question to make. Personally, I was particularly pleased with the following two points.
1. The ability to easily add images to the question text, answer choices, and explanatory text.
2. Many options can be set.
POINT 1. Images can be easily inserted by drag & drop
Images can be easily inserted by drag & drop. Size can also be easily adjusted on the spot. Once an image is imported, it remains in the library, so it can be easily re-edited when you want to make the image a little larger, or when you want to return to the original image after changing it. It is also convenient to insert images for all questions, choices, and explanations.
POINT 2. A wide variety of optional settings that are highly customizable are available anyway.
Here are some of the options I used that I thought were good.
1. shuffle the order of questions
When you solve the same problem over and over in a paper textbook, don't you tend to memorize the answers, such as "The first problem was answered correctly in (3)..." or "The third problem in a row was answered correctly in (2)..."? By turning on the shuffle function, you can avoid such a problem.
2. Choice Shuffle
This is a function that allows you to randomize the order of choices within a question. This is another feature that the paper text cannot do.
This feature prevents the user from remembering the correct answer to a question in the order in which it appears in the text.
Combined with the shuffle option, you can completely prevent yourself from remembering the answers depending on the location of the question.
3. pass/fail screen messages
This can be set from the bottom of Options > "Additional Items" > "Pass Screen Messages" / "Fail Screen Messages".
It would be interesting if some kind of action occurs after solving a problem.
It is important that the solver enjoys solving the problem. I like to say "You did it! and "Good luck! on the "pass" screen.
Please refer to this article for more information about optional items.
4. Arrange the design to your liking with a QuizGenerator license!
If you purchase a QuizGenerator license, you can customize the design of the "Player screen design changes and words in the system" to your liking.
Also, you can set up optional settings for "Text-To-Speech" function, which can be used for listening questions, etc., in the player without limitation.
