Log in to learningBOX as an administrator or as a user with member management privileges. Click on "Member Management" and click on "Input Field Settings". Login ID/password must be used, but other fields can be set to be available or not. Please click on the "Enable/Disable" button for your name and nickname, and save to complete the process. The name and nickname fields will no longer be displayed on the member registration screen. You can also add new fields in the input field settings screen. Yes, it is possible. Yes, it is possible. There are two ways to assign materials. You must be an administrator or a user who has the authority to assign materials, manage groups, and assign materials.
Allocate from the member management screen
The teaching materials are assigned to each group, so first create a group. Select the group you want to distribute teaching materials to, and click the Assign Teaching Materials button on the right.
Allocate from the content management screen
Assigning materials is done by folder, so first create a folder. In the center of the folder, there is an icon for "Assign Teaching Materials". Click on it to display the groups to be assigned, select them, and save to complete.

It is possible to extract the list by question, but only by issue. Log in as an administrator or as a user with grade management privileges. Click on "By Question" and select the question you wish to extract. Select from the "Create Total CSV", "Create Detailed CSV", and "Create Total CSV" buttons.
