1. One month before the end of the Pro Plan, a notice of the end of the Pro Plan and a button to apply for continuation will be displayed on the administrator's My Page.



2. From the continuation application screen, apply as you did when you applied, and transfer the fee.
   
3. The end period will be extended as soon as the fee transfer is confirmed.
   

Users can no longer log in, only the administrator (Admin) can log in. The user can't log in, but the data is still there.
The administrator must do one of the following two things to allow the user to log in.

1. Apply for continuation and continue the professional plan again.
2. Return to the FREE plan by deleting users and reducing the number of users to 10 or less.
   

In the case of 2., the deleted user's grades will also be deleted. Please be careful.
