Let's just try to create a problem.

There are three ways to create a question, but everyone has their own preferred method

There are two ways to create questions in QuizGenerator, one is easy and the other is hard.

Create a question using the question creation form
Create a text file.
Create in excel file

There are three ways to create a question in the above three ways, but I, personally, think it is easier to create a question in text and spreadsheet software. On the other hand, there are of course some people who think that the question creation form is easier and better.

The order of all the methods is different, but what you are doing is no different than any other method of creation.

1. enter the question text
2. select a problem type
3. prepare the answer

This is all the basics. Depending on the problem type, 3 may change a little, but as long as you keep this in mindYou can use the same feeling as the test you make on paper.

for nowCreate a question in the text

Anyway, let's make a problem once. That is the easiest way to remember. It's the same as the old saying about memorizing by writing. Anyway, let's move your hands.

The following are the three problems we will create.

5 x 5 = ?
(Choose the correct answer from the options)

Write down the largest prefecture in Japan.
(Let them actually type it in.)

Write down the largest prefecture in Japan.
Combine numbers and Chinese numerals correctly.
(Make the right combination)

text fileStart an editor that can save Notepad, TextEdit, Hidemaru, Atom, whatever you want.

Let's start with the simplest one.

5 x 5 = ?
(Choose the correct answer from the options)

I'm going to make this.

1. enter the question text.

5 x 5 = ?

2. enter the problem type.

5 x 5 = ?
sa:

3. enter the correct answer.

5 x 5 = ?
sa:
25

4. enter the other choices. In this case, there are three options.

5 x 5 = ?
sa:
25
5
Ten.
1

This completes one question.

The rest of the questions are written in the same way.

First of all, descriptive questions are written as follows.

Write the largest prefecture in Japan.
fill-in:
Hokkaido

When users answer, they can type "Hokkaido" to get the correct answer. There are less things to write than the first four choices I made.

Finally, we have a combination problem.

The combination problem is written as follows.

Combine numbers and Chinese numerals correctly.
match:
1::1
2::2
3::three
4::4

When answering, users can combine the Chinese numbers entered on the right side with the numbers on the left side by dragging and dropping to get the correct answer.

I'll summarize the three issues

You have now completed each of the three problems.
When created in a text file, these three issues are summarized at the end.

5 x 5 = ?
sa:
25
5
Ten.
1

Write the largest prefecture in Japan.
fill-in:
Hokkaido

Correctly combine numbers and Chinese numerals.
match:
1::1
2::2
3::three
4::4

Separate each question with a blank line. You can have as many blank lines as you like.
When you have finished typing, save the file. This completes the creation in a text file.

In the meantime, you can create a problem with spreadsheet software.

Now create a question in spreadsheet software.
Anyway, let's make a problem once. That's it (below).
The following are the three problems we will create.

5 x 5 = ?
(Choose the correct answer from the options)

Write down the largest prefecture in Japan.

Unlike the text, whichAlways "#format:table" in cell 1AEnter the

This "#format:table" is the proof that it is made by spreadsheet software.
The problem will be entered from 2A.
In spreadsheet software, you enter the question text in column A, the question type in column B, the correct answer in column C, the wrong answer in column D and so on.

Enter the other two questions.

#format:table
5 x 5 = ? sa: 25 5 10 1
Write the largest prefecture in Japan. fill-in: Hokkaido
Combine numbers and Chinese numerals correctly. match: 1::1 2::2 3::3 4::4

When you finish inputting the data, save the file. When you save the file, you can use ".xlsx" as the file format.

I tried to create a problem for now.

As you can see, textbooks and spreadsheets are much faster to create if you know the rules of input and the question types. In addition, if you have a lot of questions, you can't save them in the middle of the question form, and if an error occurs, you have to create them from scratch.
If it's about 10 questions, you can give up, if it's about 20 questions, you can give up, you can give up, you can give up, you can give up, you can give up, you can give up, you can give up.
It's really useful to be able to save on the way. It's really useful.
