Show/Hide members in My Page

  • In this service, there is an administrator (parent user) and a member (child user). In this section, you can show/hide the red frame in the following image (Member's My Page).

    1. Log in as the administrator (parent user).
    2. Click on "Settings" in the sidebar.
    3. You can show/hide the "Member Panel" in "My Page Settings" by selecting "Show" or "Hide". You can show/hide the panel on the member's (child user's) My Page.
    4. When "Hide" is selected, the following image is displayed.

Show/Hide your results in My Page

  • Next, you can set whether or not to display your results when you log in.

  • Log in as the administrator (parent user).
  • Click on "Settings" in the sidebar.
  • In "My Page Settings", you can change "View My Results" to "Allow" or "Deny". You can show/hide your grades on the My Page of your members (child users).
  • If you select "Deny", the following image will be displayed.

Set whether members can edit their own profiles on My Page.

  • Next, you can set whether or not members can change their own profile when they log in.

    1. Log in as the administrator (parent user).
    2. Click on "Settings" in the sidebar.
    3. In the "My Page Settings", you can change the "Change Profile" option to "Allow" or "Disallow". In the "My Page Settings", you can allow or deny individual members (child users) to change their profile.
    4. If you select "Deny", individual members will not be able to see the profile changes.

Show/Hide the notice from the operator

  • Finally, when a member logs in, you can set whether or not to display notices from the administrator.

    1. Log in as the administrator (parent user).
    2. Click on "Settings" in the sidebar.
    3. You can switch between "Show" and "Hide" in "My Page Settings". You can switch between the original announcement and the group announcement on the member's (child user's) My Page.

    4. When "Display" is selected, the switch for switching will be displayed in the red frame of the image below.
