About video support

notice

LearningBOX has the ability to post YouTube. However, due to the convenience of using YouTube's limited public access, if the URL of the video is leaked, it can be viewed by people outside the company or by people who have not purchased the content.

It was possible to use an in-house video delivery server or a video delivery service that could use password authentication for more secure delivery, but it was not recommended due to the cost, the complexity of registering materials, and the burden on the students.

We have been receiving many inquiries from existing users and those who want to use it in the future, asking if it is possible to deliver video safely, easily, and at a realistic cost. We have finally cleared all the technical issues and are now ready to provide the service.

Although it will be some time before we can announce a specific release date and price, we plan to offer an attractive price range by EDIX Kansai compared to other LMSs.

Technical Tips

  • The video encoding process is performed in the cloud.
  • Automatically adjusts the format and bit rate to suit the delivery.
  • You can upload videos directly from your iPhone or Android device.
  • The URL of the video is disposable. You don't have to worry about search engines finding it.
  • Videos are delivered in a stable manner using cloud technology.
  • Provide an on-premises cache server...maybe.
