You can create from three types of forms: text/table format/creation form.

You can create a MCQ in a text or excel format.

text format

In the multiple choice questions, the first choice was automatically the correct answer, but in the multiple choice questions, please add o: to the beginning of the correct answer choice.
Also, some options may require a problem type at times.
In that case, enter "ma:" on the second line of each block.
The first question in the following example is correct if Iwate and Yamagata Prefectures are selected.
Please note that if you specify only one correct answer, the question will be presented as a multiple-choice question.
