A report/survey description is a question that allows the user to freely type in a sentence in accordance with the question text and answer it.
Note that this format does not support the insertion of images/sound/formulas.
Responses to the questions will be graded on a "score is assigned if written" or "scored by the administrator" basis.
How to create a quiz
You can choose from three types of forms: text, tabular, or creation form.
The "Admin Grades" option is not available in QuizGenerator alone.

Sample
As an example, set up the system so that answering question 1 will result in a correct answer.
The first line, starting with #, is the setting for the entire quiz. When you add question data, use a blank line.
The first line of each block is the question text, and the second line is "textarea-report:" or "textarea-enquete:".
"textarea-report:" allows the administrator to grade in the learningBOX." In "textarea-enquete:", the format is that if something is entered, a score is assigned.

A handwriting board appears on the report/survey question format, allowing learners to submit their own text and illustrations as their learner answers.
Handwritten input can be edited from five items: [Write], [Erase], [Back], [Forward], and [Erase All].
The "Admin Grades" option is not available in QuizGenerator alone.

You can create "voice input" questions for quiz and test questions by recording your voice directly and submitting it.
