language switch

If you add "#lang:en" to the configuration section, the interface will switch to English, and if you add "#lang:sp", it will switch to Spanish. English is available in version 2.1.0 or later, and Spanish is available in version 2.1.3 or later.

The interface is presented in English. The questions themselves are not translated.
