List of options

The following options can be set for the quiz

elementary item

These are basic settings such as question format, number of questions, randomization, and passing score.

title Quiz Please specify the title.
layout (None) If you want to use the option of layout function, you need to specify "#mode:normal" first.
You can change to the test layout only in normal mode.

Test Layout (Horizontal): The question text is displayed on the left, and the answer choices and columns are displayed on the right.

Test Layout (Vertical)": The test is displayed vertically. The question text is displayed on the right, and the answer choices and columns are displayed on the left.
format text If you want to create questions in tabular format, specify table.
lang ja If you don't specify anything, Japanese will be used; if you specify "en", it will switch to English; if you specify "sp", it will switch to Spanish. Only the player will be switched, not the questions.
question_count (None) If this option is not set, all questions will be asked.
shuffle_questions true Randomize the order of questions. if you specify false, questions will be asked in order from the first question.
shuffle_sections false Select whether the order in which the sections are displayed should be randomized (true) or fixed (false).
Please specify Normal Mode, because Sectional Questions are not available in Master Mode.
shuffle_choices true Randomizes the order of the choices for multiple choice and multiple choice questions; if set to false, the choices will be displayed in the same order each time.
passing_score 80 Passing score.
time_limit 0 This is the time limit for answering. The unit is seconds. If you set it to 0, there is no time limit.
show_correct_answer true If you set this to false, the correct answer will not be shown when you answer incorrectly. If you want to hide the correct answer, or if there is a picture in the choice and it goes out of the explanation box, set this to false.
show_instant_result true If you specify false, all questions will be graded at once, instead of grading each question individually and displaying the results.
hide_mark_button true This is the display of the scoring buttons. #show_instant_result:false works in conjunction with #show_instant_result:false. if false is specified, the scoring buttons will be displayed on screens other than the final question.
trim true Ignore leading and trailing whitespace characters (e.g. spaces) in correct/incorrect answers to short answer questions. false means that the correct answer will be given only if there is an exact match, including spaces.
ignore_case true Ignore the difference between uppercase and lowercase letters in the correctness of written questions. false specifies that the correctness of written questions is case-sensitive.
ignore_whitespace_count true If you specify false, the correct answer will be given only if there is a perfect match including the number of spaces.
ignore_whitespace false true: Ignore whitespace in descriptive questions.
ignore_zenhan true true: When writing questions, the grading system will not distinguish between full-width and half-width characters.
mode master master: You can use "Start attack" to submit questions that have not been answered/are being studied/wrong, "Overcome weak points" to give priority to wrong questions, and "Random questions" to submit all questions.
normal: The questions will be given without considering the past correct/incorrect situations.
suspendable false This suspend-resume function option requires "#mode:normal" to be specified first.
true: When restarting, you can select "Start from the next" or "Start over from the beginning".
true_resume(You cannot start over from the beginning.) You can only select "Restart from where you left off". (You can't start over from the beginning.)
suspendable_count (UNLIMITED) This function can be used in conjunction with the interruption resume function.
Therefore, "#mode:normal" and "#suspendable:true" must be specified.
You can set the number of times from 1 to 99.
If unentered or 0, the limit is unlimited.
Example: If set with #suspendable_count:1, the interruption resume is once.
show_suspendable_button true This function can be used in conjunction with the interruption resume function.
Therefore, "#mode:normal" and "#suspendable:true" must be specified.
If you set this option, you can choose whether or not to show the [Suspend] button on the answer screen.

#show_suspendable_button: false → [Suspend] button is hidden
movable false true: You can freely move to the previous or next question.
false: You need to solve the questions in order from the first question.
score_weighting false true: You can specify the number of points after the question type. (e.g. sort:20)
false: 100 points divided by the number of questions will be allocated.
time_limit_mode total question: When time_limit is set, it can be changed to a time limit for each question.
use_number_type_for_input false falseYou can enter non-numeric answers even if the answer is a number in a short answer question.
true: If the answer is a number in a short answer question, you can only enter a number.
email (None) Enter the email address you specified when you purchased the license.

This function is available in the complete strategy mode (#mode:master).
You can set how many times you have to answer correctly to be considered as memorized. If you answer the question correctly for the specified number of times, the question will be removed from the complete strategy mode.
e.g.) You have 10 questions and you set #master_count:2
1st time: 5 questions correct, 5 questions wrong → 25%
Second time: I answered all 10 questions correctly → 75%
weak_count (None) Set the number of questions in "Overcome Weak Points". This setting is valid only in Master mode.
If you set #weak_count:1, the number of questions to overcome weaknesses will be 1.
pass false true: "I don't know" is added to the choice of the question and choice (quick).
autoplay false trueIf :true, the voice created by the Text-To-Speech function will be played automatically when the question is displayed.
show_seigo_count true true: The number of correct answers and the number of wrong answers are displayed.
partial_score false true: You will be able to calculate partial scores on fill-in-the-blank, multiple description, combination, and pull-down questions.
font-size 16px Specify the text size. Be sure to specify a unit such as px.
restartable true This is the display of the "again" button on the result screen. false means that the "again" button will not be displayed.
hide_result_summary false This is the display of the summary part of the result screen. if true, the summary part of the result screen will not be displayed.
hide_result_detail false This is the display of the detail part of the result screen. if true, the detail part of the result screen will not be displayed.
sound false Specifies whether or not a sound effect will be played. true specifies that a sound effect will be played.
custom_lang false trueis specified, it refers to "custom_lang.txt" included in the package.

width(can be set in v4.1.3 or earlier) 510 Specify the width. Please be sure to use half-width numbers.
height(can be set in v4.1.3 or earlier) 390 Specify the height and width. Please be sure to use half-width numbers.
scale(can be set in v4.1.3 or earlier) m m: This is the normal player size.
l: The size is 1.2 times the normal player size.
xl: The size of the player is 1.4 times the normal player size.
Thereafter, the player size increases by a factor of 0.2 depending on the number of x's placed in front of l.

message-related item

You can customize the message that is displayed when you answer correctly, incorrectly, pass, or fail.

messages_passed_title (None) The title of the passing screen.
messages_passed_body (None) This is the message on the pass screen.
messages_failed_title (None) The title of the rejected screen.

messages_correct Correct! This is the message when you answer correctly.
messages_incorrect incorrect This is the message when you answer incorrectly.
messages_not_selected Please select an answer This is a warning message when you attempt to submit a multiple choice or multiple choice question without selecting a choice.
messages_not_filled Please enter your answer This is a warning message when you try to submit a written question without writing the answer.

SCORM related items

These are the settings to use when using LMS as SCORM materials. In most cases, the default settings are fine.
