The first line is for a quiz sentence, the second line is for the quiz type, the third line is for the correct answer choice, and the fourth and subsequent lines are for incorrect answer choices.

Compress the "images" folder containing the images and the quiz text file to complete the process. The quiz will be displayed by converting and uploading the zip file.

In the example below, the text of the first question is "Choose Mont-Saint-Michel which is one of the World Heritage Sites." The correct answer choice is [[images/1.png]] and the incorrect answer choices are [[images/2.png]], [[images/3.png]] and [[images/4.png]].

To create a question in tabular format, write "#format:table" at the top of the file. 1 question corresponds to 1 line. One question corresponds to one line. Each line contains the question text, [sa-box:], correct answer, and wrong answer, separated by tabs.

In the first question in the example below, the question text is "Choose a prefecture that is part of Shikoku", the correct answer is "[[images/1.png]]" and the incorrect answers are "[[images/2.png]]", "[[images/3.png]]" and "[[images/4.png]]".

Finally, compress the [images] folder containing the images and the Excel file and you are done. The quiz will be displayed by converting and uploading the resulting ZIP file.

How to create a quiz from the question creation form

STEP1: Please log in to learningBOX and go to Content Management ▷ ⊕ Button ▷ Create Quiz/Test.
STEP②：The quiz creation form will open. You can create a quiz here.

STEP③: When the quiz/test creation form opens, click on Edit Question. Next, click the pull-down next to the question type and select "Image Selection Question (Optional)".

STEP4: Insert an image into the choices. Click the icon in the red frame to set the image.

STEP⑤：After setting the images for the correct and wrong answers, click the Save button at the end to finish.
